WHICH ACCREDITATION DO YOU NEED?
Achilles Building Confidence is a UK construction industry accreditation and risk management scheme.
A standardised pre-qualification questionnaire streamlines the procurement process and manages risk. Accredited businesses benefit from non-duplication of the “vetting” process, and can access global and national opportunities.
Builder’s Profile database service is a positive for any small business that regularly submits PQQ information.
Aimed at subcontractors to the construction industry, your information is easily accessible for main contractors to manage their supply chain effectively and complies with recognised construction-industry standard.
Constructionline is a founder member of SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement).
Membership simplifies the procurement and supply chain cycle. All members that sign up to an SSIP scheme can be confident that they are fully accredited to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Louise deals with the whole application process to let you get on with running your business.
YOUR APPLICATION
As part of the online application process, you will be asked to upload information such as company policies and so on
Louise can work with you to ensure you have the right documentation in place, and to tailor policies to suit your business.
Once the application process is complete, Louise will share electronic versions of your documents with you and, if required, provide support the application renewal stage.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost will depend on the size and complexity of your business and what needs to be implemented to comply with the accreditation application process. Louise will discuss this with you and provide a detailed proposal for you to consider.
Please note you will also have to pay the awarding bodies’ accreditation fees. These costs can be found on their websites.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
When you accept your proposal, Louise will let you know the next available slot for the work to be completed.
Please note that Louise has no influence over the timescales from the accreditation bodies, and this will depend on the waiting lists they have for assessment at that particular point in time.
